Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TERABYX AI CORE LABS INDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), the company that operates PrismFilm AI Studio. By creating an account or using PrismFilm AI Studio you agree to them. If you use PrismFilm AI Studio for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

1. The service

PrismFilm AI Studio is an online video editor: timeline editing, colour grading, captions, translation, dubbing, audio mixing, AI-assisted edits, exports and project hand-off to other editors. Some features use third-party AI services or our own GPU processing and are only available when those services are available; the app tells you when a feature can't run.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and in workspaces you own.
  • Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and what role each member has.
  • Give us accurate billing details, including your GSTIN if you want it on your tax invoices.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the media, projects, captions and other material you upload or create ("your content"). You give us a licence to store, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service to you: for example to make previews, run the tasks you start, and render your exports. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload and for what you ask PrismFilm AI Studio to do with it.

4. Voices and people

You must not use PrismFilm AI Studio to imitate a real person's voice without their consent. Where voice cloning is offered, it is only available for a person who has recorded a consent statement naming themselves; you confirm that the person in the recording is the person named and that they agreed. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and cloning then stops.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use PrismFilm AI Studio to:

  • upload or make content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, sexually exploits children, or is intended to deceive people about who is speaking or what happened;
  • harass, defame or impersonate people;
  • break or probe the security of the service, get around quotas or budgets, or access other people's workspaces;
  • overload the service or resell it without our written agreement.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or the law, and we'll tell the owner why unless the law prevents it.

6. AI output

Transcripts, translations, synthetic speech, suggested edits and other AI output can be wrong. AI edits are shown to you for review before they change your timeline; check any AI output before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

7. Plans, credits and payment

  • Plans, prices and monthly credits are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees; GST is added and shown on your invoice.
  • Paid plans renew monthly through Razorpay until cancelled. Unused credits don't roll over.
  • The Free plan adds a visible watermark to exported videos.
  • Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal; the new price applies from that renewal.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep PrismFilm AI Studio available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features; if we remove a paid feature you rely on, we'll give reasonable notice. Keep your own copies of important exports.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using PrismFilm AI Studio at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may end these terms if you seriously breach them.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes about them.
